Description |
|
A
high-speed, high density memory module, the
MM-6795C/F provides up to 64MB of CMOS NVRAM or
256MB of FLASH memory on one board. The
MM-6795C/F is VME/VME64 bus compatible. Boards
operate with block transfer (BLT) of 256 bytes
for VME and 2KB for VME64 (MBLT).
A
FLASH memory software driver example is provided
on a floppy diskette along with a sample listing
in "C" code. Software drivers for different
operating systems are also available.
With CMOS NVRAM, the MM-6795C has
three on-board, redundant, fused batteries to
retain memory in the event of power loss.
Batteries may be either rechargeable NiCad or
non-rechargeable lithium types. On-board LED's
and a control status indicate battery condition.
Reliability is ensured by burn-in
and running memory diagnostics that check
operation for 48 hours while temperature-cycling
boards from -20 to +71°C. |
